Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Only ready-made products are eligible for return.
Items that are custom-made, made-to-order, or specially manufactured cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
In its original condition
Unused and undamaged
Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original state may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, Familia covers the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card once the item is received from the shipping company or delivered back to us.
Please allow a short processing period depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for eligible items, as long as the returned product meets all return conditions and is not custom-made.
